Our core privacy promise is simple: Your personal conversations are never seen by us.
1. The Information We DO NOT Collect
The main feature of our app is a local AI model. All AI processing happens entirely on your device.
We do not collect, store, see, or transmit any of your AI prompts. We do not collect, store, see, or transmit any of the AI-generated replies. We do not collect any personal data from these interactions, such as names, email addresses, or other information you might input into the AI.
Your conversations with the AI are yours and yours alone.
2. The Information We DO Collect
To offer and manage our ‘Pro’ subscriptions (monthly, annual, and lifetime) and to ensure Slopper functions correctly, we collect a limited amount of data.
We use RevenueCat (a third-party subscription management service) to handle all purchases. The information collected for this purpose includes:
Financial Info (Purchase History): We collect a record of your purchases (e.g., that you bought the ‘Pro’ version and when it expires). We never see or store your credit card number or full payment details.
User Identifier: RevenueCat creates an anonymous or user-provided identifier. This is essential to tie your purchase history to your device, allowing you to restore your ‘Pro’ status if you reinstall Slopper or get a new device.
App Info and Performance: We may collect basic, anonymous diagnostics related to the purchase process to identify and fix bugs (e.g., if a purchase fails to unlock a feature).
3. How We Use Your Information
We only use the data we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide App Functionality: To process your ‘Pro’ subscription, validate your purchase, and unlock the ‘Pro’ features in Slopper.
To Restore Purchases: To allow you to restore your ‘Pro’ status on other devices linked to your account.
To Provide Customer Support: To help troubleshoot subscription issues and respond to support requests.
For Analytics: To understand Slopper’s performance in anonymous, aggregated terms (e.g., how many users are on the ‘Pro’ plan). This data is never linked to your AI conversations.
To Comply with Legal Obligations: To maintain records of transactions for tax and accounting purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share limited data with the following third parties necessary to operate Slopper:
RevenueCat: Our subscription management partner processes the data described in Section 2 to manage your subscription and provide purchase analytics.
Google Play Store: Processes your payment information and manages the actual transaction (we do not have access to your payment card details).

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the limited information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Children’s Privacy
Slopper is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access or request the deletion of your data. Since the only personal data we hold is related to your purchase, you can contact us to manage this information.
